Car inspection, tire rotation and oil change. Very courteous and accommodating staff.

I decided to service my vehicle before it needed it and came in for my appointment on the 3rd of February and had to wait an additional hour because the staff at the service center forgot about my vehicle. It all ended well I was given a credit for my windshield wipers which was 50 dollars and went on my way happily. I'll be back in March to get brake fluid changed. First Team is a great place to buy vehicles and this is my second vehicle from them. My next will be too!!!

Had another great experience buying a used vehicle at First Team this weekend. This is the fourth car we purchased there and we will continue to go back. Our salesman was Norris Timmons. He moved us through the process seamlessly. He listened to our concerns and made sure that our needs are met.
