Good customer service and able to answer every question to the best of their ability so highly recommended

After visiting the website, to research on a car, we were then called that morning by Mike Munsey, who left a voicemail to get in touch if we were interested in a car. We were actually on our way to Roanoke. When we arrived at the Nissan dealership, we were greeted instantly at the door and subsequently introduced to Mike Munsey and Ramon Rivera. Ramon guided us through the process explaining the finance options on the particular vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Every step of the process was handled professionally and we are now the proud owners of a Nissan Rogue Platinum. We would certainly recommend First Team Nissan and in particular, Ramon Rivera to friends and family.

I loved the service which was estimated for an hour and one half; it was all done within an hour. I appreciated the car wash and the courtesy and professionalism of everyone. Mike let me know it was ok to text or call him with questions during service.Also, I appreciated the social distancing and that everyone respectfully wore masks.
